Shifts
Fixed shift patterns which will include some Saturday working. Working 2-3 Saturday's per month will be expected.

We are looking to recruit food production operatives who will be responsible for the preparation of fruit, vegetable and meat products for our shops at our manufacturing centre in Preston

Pay, working hours & benefits:

In addition to your pay you will also benefit from:

  • Workplace pension, upon qualification

As one of our food production operatives you will:

  • Preparing fruit, vegetables and meat for our shops.
  • Working in a chilled environment
  • To undertake the necessary training and any relevant refresher training in order to maintain effectiveness in your role and to carry out your role in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Lifting products upto 25KG.
  • Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the manufacturing site.
  • Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

You will need:

  • To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
  • To help promote and encourage the spirit of teamwork within the manufacturing areas and ensure the support of your colleagues
  • To demonstrate all the characteristics of the client outlined in their Company Purpose generous, warm, caring, uncompromising, bold, innovative and winning.
