The Role:

  • Promoting independence as much as possible but also recognising that some residents require 24hour bespoke care & support.
  • Assisting residents with any aspect of personal care and mobility and using our electronic care planning system to monitor and record all care personalised for each resident.
  • Building good working relations with family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.

About our Middleton Court service:

A purpose built residential service for those requiring high levels of individual care.

Spacious rooms - designed with residents' dignity and comfort in mind. Each one fitted with an overhead tracking hoist to assist those with more complex mobility issues.

Each room looks onto either a courtyard or attractive gardens or woodland.

Communal indoor areas feature an attractive light lounge and dining room

High Co-owner (our staff) to resident ratio
