The business has doubled in size since PE investment, and are now looking to professionalise their sales function, and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy. You will work closely with the Founder to drive new strategies, implement new processes and grow the sales function.

· Experience as a Sales Director or VP of Sales for a scaling Consulting firm

· Experience of dealing with Private Equity investors

· Track record of delivering growth for businesses (ranging between £20m to £100m revenue)

· Strong expertise in implementing and executing GTM strategies
