Salary:
£35,000+ depending on experience

What you'll be doing:
Work with system architects, specialists from other disciplines, project teams and suppliers to define and agree the specifications for airborne equipment and their associated support requirements
Development of all Complex Electronic Hardware (CEH) activities (when required) in accordance with DO-254
Working with the supplier to ensure the equipment is compliant with its specification requirements, is supportive of the rig test requirements for the Avionic System and is qualified to support development flight test and the release into service in line with project programme requirements
To ensure all equipment changes are correctly configured and formal modifications progressed in accordance with project design control procedures

Your skills and experiences:
Degree in a STEM subject, or equivalent relevant experience in systems engineering, aviation, or a related field
Proven team-working and communication skills, a pro-active approach to problem solving, and the ability to effectively support a team
Clearance up to SECRET on UK national and UK involved multi-national programs is required

~ Ability to resolve engineering problems

The Platform Systems Team:
