Full Time, Permanent. Term time (+ 3 weeks)
Ryde School is a co-educational independent day and boarding school for children aged 2-18 years old.

We are currently looking to appoint a highly-organised PA to provide confidential support and an administrative service to the Senior School management team.

The role is a great opportunity for an experienced PA who is able to self-manage and utilise exceptional IT skills to deliver timely management information.

Key tasks will involve diary management, drafting correspondence, dealing with enquiries, the minuting of meetings, and using initiative to manage a varied workload in a responsive manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of providing a high-calibre administrative service to senior management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships with parents and pupils.

Experience of working in a school environment with knowledge of safeguarding (ongoing training in respect of KCSIE will be provided).

An acute understanding of confidentiality and the requirements of data protection legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of personal organisation.
A flexible attitude, adapting to the needs of the job as and when they arise.
