Role description:


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Broker or Account Executive to work with some of the UKs most exciting businesses and join a growing broking team.

We receive enquiries from our business development team, where it is expected to take clients initial prospect stage, through to policy being placed and provide high service through the policy period and during renewal.

They are ideally looking for someone with some tech / PI / cyber background.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct risk factfinding for client needs assessment
  • Negotiate with clients and underwriters
  • Manage daytoday operations for assigned clients
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with clients and insurers
  • Serve as the primary contact for enquiries

Requirements:

Skills & Experience (in no particular order):

  • Previous Insurance experience, either as a Broker or Account Handler/Exec
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to listen and engage with people
