This role is Band 3 Team Assistant, supporting the Health Visitor Teams across the Trafford Borough.


We are Manchester Local Care Organisation - an exciting, new public sector organisation that is bringing together NHS community health services and social care services in the city.

We're driven by the aim of improving the health of local people in Trafford by working across organisational boundaries


Successful applicants will help to support delivery of health services to children and young people and their families within the wider community as part of a multi-agency workforce.

Core service hours are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00.
