The salary is paid at NHS agenda for change scales band 8a-8b, depending on experience.
We are seeking a clinical psychologist to join our ClinPsyD programme team as an academic tutor to support the day to day running and delivery of the programme.
You will join a forward thinking and enthusiastic ClinPsyD team involved in the delivery of first-class professional training for postgraduate clinical psychology trainees.
The successful applicant will be a valued member of our programme team, working closely with the academic coordinator, academic tutor team and other members of the clinical psychology programme.
As an academic tutor, you will be involved in teaching, marking, trainee pastoral support and supervision of doctoral clinical psychology research projects.

The successful applicant will be based in the School of Psychology and Social Work, which is a vibrant and interdisciplinary School delivering high quality teaching and research in Psychology, Social Work, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Psychology, within the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Faculty of Health Sciences comprises five schools:
School of Nursing and Midwifery, School of Psychology and Social Work, School of Sports, Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences, School of Paramedical, Peri-Operative and Advanced Practice and the Hull York Medical School which includes the Centre for Biomedicine.
