What you can expect
This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis. Shifts may include 7am-3pm, 3-11pm, or late nights if Pub or Events based.

Some of your main responsibilities will be to serve food and beverage orders and requests from guests, whilst maintaining an efficient and high standard of quality service, according to Hyatt Regency Birmingham standards.

You will also have opportunities to upsell and cross sell other facilities and services that the hotel has to offer.

You will have experience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard; with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be welcoming and attentive.
