Binks Yard
Our Binks Yard team care about our guests, from our front of house team welcoming you in, our bar team serving up not only drinks but an experience and our kitchen team creating a plate that excites and delights you.
They care about each other as well as our guests, our open plan kitchen allows you to see the dishes being crafted and our team will focus on ensuring Binks Yard becomes a regular occurrence for your occasions.
As a kitchen assistant, you will help and support your team in keeping the kitchens clean, to a very high standard, and be proud of the contribution you make.
You will be ensuring all sections are fully stocked and ready for service, all equipment is cleaned and ready for use and any broken items are logged and replaced.
A keen eye for detail you will be making sure all stockrooms are organised, tidied and follow stock rotation standards.
Using your initiative, you will make sure all kitchen and back of house areas are maintained meticulously, audit ready at all times.
If you have no experience, fear not, we are committed to train, develop and support you further whether you are happy in your stable and pivotal role or wish to learn new skills.
