Business Development Executive - Field sales
We are looking for positive people with a can-do attitude to join our field sales team in the UK
We're talking energy and a real hunger to build a successful career in sales
Basic salary of £25,000 increasing to £26,000 after probation with
uncapped commission - Annual OTE £40K+.

Helping restaurants succeed online by empowering & liberating them with
personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing.
We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are
ownership of their success.
Having recently joined forces with app smart, a market leader for shop
systems and POS systems, we are now the largest restaurant liberator in
Europe
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Our Graduate BDE role will encompass a four week training programme,
where you will be paired with a buddy (an experienced sales
representative) who will help coach you and develop your sales skills.
Working towards targets, helping to acquire new restaurant partners and
welcome them into our community whilst helping existing restaurant
partners achieve success via their own branded Website and App.
After successful completion of your 6 month probation, you'll be ready to
jump into your fully fledged Business Development Manager role.
What the first 4 weeks will include:
- Full product and sales training
- Working with other teams, understanding their roles and how it affects the business
- Full field based training working with Business Development Managers
- Learning your territory and getting to know existing accounts
After your 4 weeks of training you will then be out on the road, with continuous support from your team, manager and everyone else across the business.
Here's what a typical week might look like for you:
- Monday
- Friday in the field attending new business and account management meetings.
- Daily independent management of your dairy, planning and daily activities.
- Working towards daily KPIs and Monthly Sales targets
- Actively researching your territory to identify new business opportunities.
- Optimising the sales and profitability of the existing customer
- Upselling, solving problems and providing ongoing support.
- Bringing high energy to the team and keeping friendly competitiveness alive.
