Dates: 22nd and 23rd June 2024

Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (both days)

Salary:
Competitive hourly rate

Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and looking for a short-term job opportunity? We are hiring temporary staff to assist in our exciting Kilo Sale event at The Testbed in Leeds on the 29th and 30th of June.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a vibrant event, gain experience in retail, and work in a dynamic team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

-
Customer Service: Assist customers with their purchases, answer queries, and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
-
Till Operation: Efficiently operate tills, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
-
Stock Management: Hang clothing, organize stock, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and well-presented.
-
Event Maintenance: Keep the event area clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day.
-
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Requirements:

-
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
-
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
-
Availability: Must be available to work both days (22nd and 23rd June) for the entire duration of the event.
-
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
