MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Carry out general administration duties relating to the Grounds Team operations using the following software
  • Microsoft Office
  • Working with Big Change software to ensure accurate scheduling and recording of works carried out, fast response to client requests and quotations. (Training Provided)

MAIN DUTIES

  • Working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Data analysis and reporting (Big Change)
  • General Department administration
  • Liaising with Garden teams as needed for day to day works.
  • Updating and managing records accurately.
  • Dealing with enquiries from internal departments and clients.
  • Assisting with stock & equipment purchasing.
  • Vehicle & equipment management, servicing etc.
  • Other duties as required by the ongoing business development and improvement process.

Person Specification
An experienced administration professional with a good understanding of the MS Office suite. An ability to think on their feet and adhere to a clear set of operational conditions. A high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail. A people person able to negotiate and manage a busy workload. This is a developing role and will mould to meet the business needs. A degree of flexibility and can-do attitude is a must.
