About Our Client:
The successful Logistics & Customer Service Advisor (Part-time hours) will report in the Head of Operations based in Nottingham.
They will be responsible for the following areas of development:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound customer service calls relating to technical queries & logistics deliveries & scheduling
- Making outgoing calls to book a variety of logistics collections / deliveries with 3rd party contractors.
- Following company processes and navigating a range of systems.
- Open lines of communications with a variety of stakeholders logistics, engineering, manufacturing, customer services, directorlevel.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Logistics & Customer Service Advisor (Part-time hours) will have the following attributes and experience:
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing and/or logistics role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Educated to a GCSE+ level
- Excellent written and formal communication skills.
- Commutable (2 days per week) to the Nottingham office.
