About us
We are a UK based, full fibre provider that is rolling out a new 1 gigabit per second broadband network to homes and businesses across the UK.
With an average broadband speed of 64mbps, the UK is ranked amongst the lowest in Europe for its poor internet connectivity and we are here to change this by delivering a betternet.
We are a start-up team of innovative, agile and driven individuals, looking to scale-up and achieve our ambitious plan to connect a million homes in the UK to our gigabit network.
We have now rolled out fibre to 100,000 homes in the UK in 20 months and connceted over 5000 customers, making us one of the fastest growing Altnets in the UK.

About the Role
We are looking for confident and outgoing individuals to join us as a Community Liaison Officer.
Reporting to the Build Community Manager you will be focussed on 121 engagement with residents, communities and key stakeholders to engage with them ahead of any major civils works taking place whilst we are developing our full fibre networks in their area.
With your ear close to the ground, your work will help produce business critical data around the experience of communities as we roll out our network.
You'll educate, guide and inform people on the rollout of the brsk network, answering questions about our work and demonstrating that we're here to make their lives better and creating communities that are as passionate about brsk as we are.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is amazing at building stakeholder relationships and has strong experience in this.
You will have strong communication skills and be able to engage with the community at a non commercial level and actively sell the Brsk deployment story whilst managing customer concerns, feedback and issues.
Every interaction with the community counts - you will be expected to capture key customer information that will provide insight for the business to drive future growth.
You will be passionate about engaging with your local community and be able to bring your own ideas to ensure that the communities we are building understand what we are doing and why we are doing it.
This is very much an in-person role.
You must have your own transport so you can travel to the communities we are building in, visiting them several times each week.
Experience in Telecoms and an Understanding of New Roads & Streetworks would be an advantage but not essential.Salary - up to £25k
Location - you will be based in the Midlands region.
We do not have an office so when you are not out with your communities you will be based from home.
