Job Introduction

We are looking for a Fine Dining Events Ambassador to work as part of our team in a state of the art Fine Dining area for a world leading audit and accounting firm, delivering award winning service to our clients and their guests. Offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.

This is a Permanent Full Time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 7am and 7:30pm

Main Responsibilities

The Fine Dining Events Ambassador will be responsible for booking and planning dining experiences for smaller and larger groups, restaurant hosting and administrative duties in our high end dining area.

Experience within corporate hospitality or restaurant background essential. You will need a minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferably within a five star / corporate background.

  • Processing booking requests
  • Ensuring all guests receive a personalised and professional welcome and escorting them through the restaurant
  • Ensuring all client and guest requirements are exceeded during their visit
  • Working cohesively with other team members and departments to deliver exceptional service
