A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY LIVERPOOL.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Housekeeping Management Team, you can expect your working day to include the following;
Monitoring employee productivity and prioritising service levels to ensure that goals are being met
Provision of regular team member feedback inclusive of service requirements, reward, recognition and identifying training needs.
Ensuring that 5* service levels and opportunities are maximised to identify and deliver memorable moments to our guests
Driving impeccable standards through passion for our brand, the industry and exuding professionalism and pride in your role
Close liaison with management to cascade company vision and goals.
Working across all areas and shifts within Housekeeping to ensure control of room and public area productivity, linen, par stock levels, ordering and conducting room checks.
Overseeing inventory of all Housekeeping supplies, ordering new items as needed via our procurement system.
Maintaining sanitation standards on the premises by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness and health and safety requirements.
Training new employees as needed and providing a nurturing passion for 5* standards.
Being aware of room occupancy levels and VIPs.
A high degree of organisation in room allocation and the ability to identify priorities.
