We have partnered with a PE-backed company in Southampton to find a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for their team in a crucially important role.
As the right-hand person to the Finance Director, you will lead a team and ensure accurate and prompt analysis, contributing to strategic decision-making, business case assessment, and corporate projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly management reporting for the Board and investors
- Oversee the Budget and forecast process for the Group
- Provide weekly cash flow forecasts, analyze key P&L KPIs, and develop metrics
- Establish solid financial controls, review monthly accounts, and promote best practices
- Play a key role in change projects within the Group
About you:
We are looking for a motivated professional with technical expertise, ACA or ACCA qualified, transitioning from practice to a finance role.
You should have 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in a senior financial role, demonstrating a successful track record.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Index/Match, SumIfs, XlookUps, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation) is a must, along with strong business partnering skills to engage and advise stakeholders.
Prior experience in a performance-driven environment is essential, highlighting your ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently in a dynamic setting.
