Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and creating a nurturing environment for young learners.


Duties:

  • Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Benefits:
