Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant in the Residential Sector will be a skilled sales leader with experience in B2B solution selling. Reporting to the Head of Residential Manager, this role requires identifying and acting on opportunities within the residential sector, ideally with experience in block management or the residential property sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Networking and generating business opportunities in the residential sector
  • Researching leads from social media, events, referrals, etc.
  • Sending sales proposals to potential residential landlords
  • Providing high-quality consultations to clients with a focus on strong sales conversion rates
  • Supporting Management in tenders and client sales cycles within the Residential sector

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales solutions within the Commercial Residential Sector
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce/HubSpot for sales tracking and client management
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including senior industry heads, commercial landlords, and managing agents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to network effectively internally and with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and driving sales funnel activity
