The Stones Hotel is recruiting for Front of House staff assist in our busy hotel/restaurant. The Stones is an independent property located between Amesbury and Salisbury.

The hotel has been under new ownership since the beginning of the year and significant development to the hotel has been underway with more investment planned in the not too far near future.


  • Be selfmotivated and proactive
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness, comply with Health and Safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Greet and welcome hotel guests and seat them
  • Serve guests to the restaurant 's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment.
  • Inform kitchen of an allergies, food requirements, complaints or changes to order
  • Stock bar with drinks, condiments beverages etc
  • Able to work well within a team and on their own
  • Able to take food/drink orders and operate till system
  • Assume other responsibilities as and when reasonably requested
Experience and knowledge are desirable but not essential as in-house training will be given. More significantly, we are looking for the right person to join our family.

This can be a full or part time role, with also offer opportunities to progress, as well as work in our other businesses.
