The Role:

- As the new Head of Central Operations, you need to boast considerable experience in central operations within the QSR or Coffee sector. Leading and challenging individuals throughout the organization should be second nature to you. This role holds immense importance in the company's expansion strategy and future growth.
- Reporting directly to the Board, this senior position will play a pivotal role in shaping the business's overarching strategy. It's not just about implementation; it's about crafting and executing company-wide strategies for all the retail outlets. You will act as the primary conduit for food-related matters, bridging the gap between all support and store operations functions across the business.
- Offering a blend of office and remote work, this role is truly versatile.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is on the lookout for a Head of Central Operations who can showcase:
  • A deep understanding of the QSR and Coffee markets in the UK
  • Outstanding skills in managing stakeholders effectively
  • Exceptional aptitude for business development, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in constructing strategic frameworks
  • Advantageous experience in dealing with franchisees or operating in a multi-brand environment


The Package:

The remuneration for this Head of Central Operations role is competitive, offering a salary of up to £80,000 in addition to a bonus, company car, and benefits.
