We seek dynamic individuals with a blend of new business development and account management expertise to join our team at Nimbus. This role primarily involves account managing an allocated set of accounts and growing their awareness of Nimbus whilst increasing revenue and targeting and acquiring commercial developers, occupiers and power developers across the UK and prospecting new business.

Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding both new and existing customer relationships to meet our business objectives of increased customer numbers and ARR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management of selected existing clients, driving usage and adoption of the Nimbus platform.
  • Reviewing accounts and completing the renewals
  • Achieving individual sales revenue targets through proactive sales activities.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Providing exceptional account management to newly acquired and existing customers, including conducting regular review meetings and upselling Nimbus products.
  • Ensuring customers have a clear understanding of the Nimbus products, pricing structure, and delivering value-added solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Analysing data and market information to provide insights to customers, enabling them to better understand their business and market dynamics.
  • Collaborating with internal support functions such as Customer Services and Finance to ensure smooth management of billing and administration processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of outstanding sales and negotiation skills, consistently achieving targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on high conversions and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong objection handling skills and capability to navigate through tough gatekeepers.
  • Resilient and tenacious with the ability to thrive in challenging situations.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and appointments to maximize productivity.
  • Solid business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Presenting, showcasing demonstrations of the platform
  • Ability to use internal systems, linkedin, phone and email for prospecting
  • Strong belief in continuous improvement and a proactive approach to self-development.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of sales process and ability to adapt
