Role: Maintenance Coordinator

Reports to: Client Account Manager

Location: Central London Prime Residential

Shift pattern – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm – 40 hours per week

Your Purpose:


To provide outstanding property services to customers and clients aligning with key performance indicators and targets, ensuring consistent high standards while meeting all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Act with ownership mindset and prioritize customer satisfaction.

What you're responsible for:

Role Related tasks:
Support the Client Account/Service Delivery Manager in achieving sales, margin, profit, and customer service goals.


Act as the primary contact for customers and clients via telephone, email, and online platforms.

Manage engineers' schedules and job resolutions efficiently.


Provide technical advice to engineers to ensure top-notch property services delivery.

Ensure timely job allocation and management on the database.

Compliance:
Ensure engineers submit accurate timesheets and detailed reports promptly.

Identify and report failures effectively.

Support the manager in meeting sales, margins, profit, and customer service targets.

Internal and External Customer Relations:
Develop customer and client relationships to meet Net Promoter Scores (NPS) targets.

Adhere to KPIs and SLAs.

Establish strong relationships with engineers for continued exceptional service delivery.

Provide detailed updates to stakeholders.

Assist in resolving client-related issues.

Special Requirements

Preferably 2 years' experience in similar residential or FM business.

Experience in private residential or FM sector.

Knowledge of various trades including electrical, mechanical, and fabric trades.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience with online job and diary management systems/database, as well as London geography.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with high-end properties and smart homes.

Understanding of mechanical equipment like fan coil units (FCUs), heat interface units (HIUs), smart controls, BMS.
