**Test Administrator - Test Services & Site Facilities Admin Officer

To start ASAP - 12 months assignment

Description

  • Provide administration support for the Test Services Manager, Senior and team
  • Support with the management of the test vehicle fleet to include:
  • Booking keys in/out
  • Tax renewal
  • Liaising with dealers to arrange MOT's, vehicle servicing, parts ordering
  • Support with sending test parts offsite
  • Processing orders & invoices
  • Arrange test track permits
  • Learn the bespoke systems required to fulfil the role
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost and capture knowledge.

Qualifications, Skills and Training Requirements

  • Strong administration background
  • Experience of a busy office environment
  • Ideally a knowledge of vehicle management processes but this is not mandatory
  • Educated to a good GCSE level with grade 4 or above in English and Maths
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive 'can do' flexible attitude
  • Be able to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Fully proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs
  • A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation.
