Estimates Administrator

We are looking for a confident, proactive Estimates Administrator to work within our estimates department, this role is back office role, communication is internal or with our clients.
Duties to include:
- Raising client quotation requests
- Dealing with client queries following quotations
- Assisting with the typists when workflow increases
- Liaising with our estimators in hours and subcontractors to obtain additional information if required
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Administration skills would be preferred
- Experience of talking to clients and taking relevant information
- An ability to organise and prioritise
- A strong team ethic
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
