We're proud to be a specialist provider and you'll seek out the best opportunities for us to connect with prospective students interested in Animation, Games, Visual Effects, Concept Art and Motion Graphics.
You'll manage a team of two (Senior Student Recruitment Officer and Student Recruitment Officer) and work closely with our Marketing, Admissions, Access and Participation and Academic Teams.
We're seeking someone who is organised and able to manage a hybrid team.This is an exciting time to join us as we expand into international student recruitment and grow our course portfolio.
You'll be involved in international student recruitment and some occasional travel aboard may be required.You should feel comfortable working in a target driven environment and using data to assess your work and make decisions.
We're ambitious and you'll be a core part of our team, driving growth in student numbers across all programmes (undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses).
Managing the outreach schedule, booking and attending student recruitment fairsLeading the student recruitment team and managing Student Ambassadors
Ownership of the student recruitment budget and delivering value for money
Maintaining records in our CRM system and tracking the performance of outreach activity
Collaborating with different teams/departments to create engaging content and events
Supporting on the development of our Student Recruitment strategy, finding new ways to engage with prospective students
Setting targets, tracking performance and creating reports to showcase the work of the Student Recruitment Team
4+ years in a recruitment, sales or management role
~ Ability to generate reports, monitor data and use insights to inform plans
~ Line management experience to support and develop our student recruitment team
~ Adaptability and willingness to engage with projects outside of your day-to-day remit
~ Willingness to work some unsociable hours, for example attending 6-8 Saturday events a year and travel in the UK on a regular basis.
Interest in film/game/tv/creative industries
Experience of using a CRM system such as Salesforce
International recruitment or marketing experience
