As a wholly owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank UK PLC, Kensington Mortgage Company's primary focus is on originating and servicing mortgage assets, authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority for regulated activities.

Job Overview:

  • Handle internal and external information/change requests for customers efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage title deeds for mortgaged properties and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize workloads and meet service standards.
  • Respond to requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all tasks align with regulations and policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support with any required tasks.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills:

  • Ability to adapt positively to change.
  • Experience in a customer-centric, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of customer administration processes and policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Efficient processing of incoming workloads.
  • Familiarity with core systems in customer contact and administration.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with departmental goals.
  • Ownership of queries with timely responses.
