the role includes:

  • Wash & sanitize all dishes & cooking equipment with the help of a dishwasher
  • Clean & sanitize all food preparation areas, sweep & mop kitchen floors & back entrance area
  • Dealing with Deliveries and checking off all items off invoice & good communication with chef & line manager if any discrepancies
- keep stores area neat and tidy

  • Report health ad safety hazards to line manager
  • Keep fridge and freezers organized and clean
  • Good communication skills with front of house & chefs regarding maintenance issues & cleaning protcol
