Role Duties:

  • Production and verification of vital shipping documents for customers and suppliers, including customs paperwork.
  • Updating and maintaining precise shipping data.
  • Handling export customs entries input in SAP (training will be provided).
  • Acting as a link between the company, Road/Air/Sea Carrier, and HMRC.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertaking miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
