Maintenance Handyman

Skilled Maintenance Handyperson Required.

£16 per hour PAYE

20 days holiday plus stat.

Rotad weekend working required

Working mainly in hotels and licensed premises across Edinburgh City Centre.

Use of pool van for travel.

Own tools essential

Driving license essential

Must be proficient and experienced in:
Problem solving, diagnosing and fault finding

Minor plumbing repairs

Joinery works

Minor electrical works

Decoration works

Multiple ad hoc duties commensurate with working in busy hotels

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 5 years (required)
