At Powerhouse Fitness, we have an excellent opportunity available for a full time Returns Warehouse Operative.

In this role you will support our repair team playing a key part in the successful running of our central Technical Support returns function, whilst working as part of a close knit and friendly team.

You will be responsible for the overall success of our customer returns ensuring the accurate recording of all returns and carefully managing and processing these returns to our Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the full range of products sold by Powerhouse Fitness
  • Scanning goods in and out
  • Update the Warehouse Management System to update stock returned and record condition
  • Dispose of stock (heavy items will require use of a forklift)
  • Putting forward ideas on how to increase and manage efficiencies with mail order returns
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and cleanliness of products and ensuring perfect condition
  • Comply with all Health & Safety requirements to ensure the safety of all of the Warehouse team
  • Putting forward ideas on how to increase efficiencies
  • Continuous personal improvement; constantly striving to grow and develop self and team

Who you will work with:


In addition to the support from a great repair team, you will work closely with our warehouse team and our Customer Care team at Head Office.


You will need:

  • To maintain a calm, confident and enthusiastic manner even during peak, busy periods
  • A can do attitude and a desire
  • To be comfortable using (or being trained to use) forklift / buggies (Reach or Counterbalance)
  • Experience using hand scanning guns is preferred but full training will be provided
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
