You will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales teams.

Administrator experience is required but previous experience as a vehicle sales administrator will be an advantage along with proficient IT skills; however, specific industry training will be given.

You will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Registering warranties and additional policies
  • Raising work request orders
  • File auditing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
  • Daily banking and petty cash
  • Various adhoc duties within the dealership
  • At busy times, you will be required to assist the service department with bookings and telephone handling
