Sunday Keyholder

Job Title:
Sunday supervisor 8 hour contract

Management/supervisor experience not necessary but preferred.
Must be 18+

This position is of a third member of management.
Must be available to work sundays and have at least 1 weekday availability.

Duties:

• Running of the store and managing staff on Sundays
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining store appearance
• Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations

Skills:

• Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and calls
• Excellent organizational skills to manage store operations effectively
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Third Keyholder. In this role, you will assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supervising staff.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and calls. You should also possess excellent organizational skills to manage store operations effectively. Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation is essential. Additionally, you should have strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
