We are looking for an innovative, and tech-savvy CTO to guide our technology strategy and implementation.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest technological advancements and systems, capable of driving digital transformation within our company.

Develop and oversee the execution of the company's technology strategy.

• Advise on the integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency, automation, employee satisfaction and customer experience.
• Ensure the scalability and security of our IT infrastructure.
• Lead the adoption of digital tools and platforms to streamline our supply chain and logistics.
• Provide insights on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our business.
• Collaborate with the management team to align technology initiatives with business goals.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be nice but is not critical and more important is somebody with a passion for new systems for growing companies such as yours.

• Proven experience in a technology role, preferably within the import/export or food industry.
• Strong understanding of modern IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI and data analytics.
• Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
