What will you do?

Manage a broad private client caseload to include:

  1. Estate Planning and Wills (including Inheritance Tax mitigation Trusts), Estate Administration, elderly client services, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and basic Court of Protection work
  2. Inherit a caseload
  3. If appropriate, advise on complex and high net worth matters
What will you need?
  1. To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive
  2. Private client experience
  3. Ideally at least 2 years PQE
  4. Those without a STEP qualification are encouraged to apply, as this is not essential at all
