Are you ready to take on a diverse and impactful role in asset management and compliance? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Asset Analysis & Compliance Coordinator.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing clerical, administrative, and frontline support to all operational, compliance, and Health & Safety service elements of the GPA account.

Your primary objective will be to support the maintenance of accreditation, ensuring it remains at the core of our operations.

Key responsibilities include supporting 55001 Compliance & asset management, CAFM management, and Network Engineering Compliance by providing accurate asset data, facilitating information sharing, and conducting trending analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing compliance document control platforms to ensure all contract documentation is processed, uploaded, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

You will also oversee the management of PPM schedules and service schedules to ensure alignment with contractual obligations. This includes administering planned, corrective, and final closure documentation, as well as managing minor works proposals and budget costings for follow-up works as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily monitoring of completion of PPM, Corrective follow-ups
  • Assist in the ongoing management of a CAFM system ensuring it is up to date and always correct
  • Supporting and development of a reporting system/platform
  • Assist in the upkeep of O&M Manuals & addition of assets/PPM to the CAFM system following completion of project works on site
  • Ensuring compliance of all works documentation
  • Statistical performance management of both ISS contractors and suppliers
  • Provide technical document control support and undertake audits to ensure adherence to policy and statutory/Company Compliance
About You:
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Microsoft Excel – the ability to use Pivot tables and manipulate data is essential.
  • Basic understanding of statutory compliance and the SFG20.
  • Experience PPM planning in CAFM.
  • Experience liaising with sub-contractors. Knowledge of PPM deliverables
  • Application and configuration of CAFM systems, e.g. Tririga, Maximo
  • Understanding of methodology used to build planned maintenance schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of compliance and health & safety regulations and procedures
Please Note: ISS will be working with the GPA under contract to a High-Profile Client. For this role, Security Clearance to a high government level will be required and must be maintained throughout the term of the role.
