The world of insolvency & restructuring may not be a career you've necessarily considered but given the current climate, it will be a market that is busy for many years to come.
In this role, you'll be handling a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases and be responsible for:
- Realising company assets
- Producing annual and quarterly reports
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders including company directors, solicitors & valuation agents
- Review a company's financial position
- Attend sites of distressed businesses, deal with employee claims
- Continue to trade a business until its sale
- Distribute funds to creditors
- Ensure legal compliance
