The

Recruitment Consultant

will work roles within our Distribution recruitment offering (Sales & Marketing)

The duties will involve:
nWorking on niche client requirements for senior level roles with a Sales and Marketing focus within the investment management sector (these may include: Marketing Strategist, Marketing Manager, RFP Writer, Investment Writer, Marketing Communications Specialist)nHelp source candidates for live roles within Sales and Marketing, both in the UK and in key European financial hubs such as Frankfurt, Paris & MilannResearching the recruitment landscape within the investment management industrynLearning about Sales & Marketing roles within the investment management industry, and different companies within this sectornAttending meetings – both in person and virtually – with clients and candidates (Heads of Sales, Heads of Marketing)nSpeaking regularly over the phone with our candidatesnBeing an advocate – both internally and externally – for Diversity & InclusionnConsistent training and developmentnEnsure that the client/candidate database (Access) is kept up to date and accurate, regularly keeping in touch with our candidatesnNetwork existing candidates to develop leads and candidate referralsnIdentify and approach suitable individuals for live rolesnWrite attractive advertisements for roles being recruited for by Mason Blake

Senior

Recruitment Consultant

calls for candidates to have the following credentials:n2-5 years' recruitment experience with a degree from a reputable universitynProven experience meeting targets and/or deadlinesnHigh levels of self-motivationnPrior sales or customer service experiencenPersonable with the ability to build strong relationships easilynCommercially mindednHave strong attention to detail and the ability to organise, prioritise and balance workflow
