Financial Planning Administrator

  • Full Time (35 hours per week)

NJR Recruitment's client operates in a vibrant office setting that can get quite lively. As a part of the team, you will:

  • Process client business and liaise with various pension and investment providers.
  • Collaborate closely with product providers regarding changes to client policies.
  • Offer assistance to clients and visitors at the office when needed.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Keep client records, back-office systems, and shared folders regularly updated.
  • Conduct verification checks (AML & Financial Sanctions) and enhanced due diligence as necessary.
  • Share the Attitude to Risk Questionnaire link with clients prior to the annual review meeting.
  • Prepare documentation for annual review meetings for the Adviser.

It is essential to have previous experience in an Administration role, specifically within Financial Planning or Pensions. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required, and familiarity with Intelligent Office is beneficial.
