Müller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.

Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We are currently looking for a Head of Group Processes to join our team, The successful candidate will act as process expert for process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation across BUs and countries, and will be responsible for ensuring expertise in process and project management throughout the entire GBS organisation.

Your role as Head of Group Processes

Together with our global process owners, you will be responsible for the further development and improvement of our global process organisation You will be the process expert and multiplier for process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation, in close coordination with GPO (Global Process Owner) across all BU's and countries You drive the company-wide data strategy, data governance and data organization Within Group Business Services (GBS), you will ensure that all services are continuously improved in execution and quality (in accordance with KPIs, SLAs and external benchmarking) You are also responsible for ensuring expertise in process and project management throughout the entire GBS organisation Business partnering as well as talent and succession planning within group processes complete your area of responsibility

Your Background and experience

You will have 10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a simular position in an international company You have operational experience in data governance management, as well as in an excellence team / service team within a shared service organisation; both ideally more than two years You will be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of project management and you can demonstrably function as an expert in process management (BPMN, data mining) and data governance Experienced stakeholder management with a focus on senior management & executive level influencing In addition, you have a strong process orientation and analytical competence (across end-to-end processes)
