This exciting role will primarily focus on the engineering business processes within Sensata supporting the software used to drive the key business processes and functionality.
General Responsibilities
Presents new ways to work with analyses, articulation and presentations of complex data, in order to allow effective and timely management decisions Provide consistent data storage, access and updates for all users Reports and tracks solutions related to customer return issues; including but not limited to product, service and warranty Communicates with various functions, project families and regions on trends and measurable results Proactively plans for trends and implements training to mitigate repeat events Leads teams to create strategy based in actionable data which aligns with long term vision of a zero incidence cultureExperience / Qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Defining business requirements, functional design specifications, developing and executing test cases, and solving problems. Supporting continuous improvements across the business Participating in, lead, or author investigations and root cause analysis for issues of non-compliance across cross-functional teams. Participate in System integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high-quality delivery. Design Document to communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders. Provide problem management support for Sensata's Engineering software portfolio, including enhancement projects and lean initiatives Work directly with Solutions Delivery manager and business team members to understand the individual needs of the businessSkills/Experience Required
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
A proven background in a Business Analyst or similar related role Strong working knowledge of best practice Engineering Software systems and data structures including – Product Lifecycle Management (Aglie PLM), Product Design Management, CAD (SolidWorks), Simulation, Laboratory Information Systems, and Software Development Lifecycle tools. Possesses expertise in business and systems analysis discussions to translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document and FunctionalWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
