IT Implementation EngineernJob Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Implementation Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service, developing software solutions, coordinating project activities, and serving as a technical lead.

This role requires expertise in computer hardware and software systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Windows Server management, and programming languages such as VBScript and Python.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

nKey Responsibilities:

nCustomer Satisfaction:
nDeliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and support

nSoftware Development and Integration:
nDevelop user interfaces, databases, and back-end logic to integrate a labeling system with third-party systems like ERPs, WMS, MES, or PLCs

nProject Coordination:
nAssist in coordinating project activities including schedules, subcontractor interactions, report creation, and presentation preparation

nField System Support:
nProvide first-line field system support both onsite and remotely to address technical issues promptly

nUser Acceptance Testing:
nCreate and execute user acceptance testing materials to ensure system functionality meets requirements

nRequirements Gathering:
nAssist in the requirements gathering process to ensure alignment with project objectives

nTechnical Leadership:
nAct as a technical lead on projects, providing guidance and expertise to team members

nTraining and Documentation:
nProvide basic and advanced software and hardware training. Develop and deliver training material for the Sales Team and customers. Prepare thorough user interface documentation.

nQualifications:


n2+ years of computer hardware and software systems experience.nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL principles including normalization and stored procedures.nExperience with SQL Server 2012 and above database creation and management.nProficiency in Windows Server 2016 and above management (IIS, Active Directory).nFamiliarity with object-oriented programming and scripting principles (VBScript, Python).nUnderstanding of communication channels (TCP/IP, HTTP, RESTful services) and network principles (DNS, DHCP).nFlexibility in working hours and ability to travel (10 – 25% is typical, up to 40%).nExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills.nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to convey technical principles to a non-technical audience.nAssociate's degree or higher.nFluent in English language.

Proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is a plus.n3+ years of project implementation experience.nKnowledge of the labeling industry.

nAdditional Qualifications:


nPresent a professional and knowledgeable image while onsite or remote with customers.nProjects self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude.nCommitment to ensuring customer deadlines are met.nExperience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.nFamiliarity with Agile Development Methodology.nExperience with cloud platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Azure.nC# / .NET Framework programming skills are a plus.
