Telemarketer & Customer Service Adviser - Birmingham

Our Birmingham branch is hiring for a full or part time telemarketer and customer service adviser who will work to support the sales managers and marketing team to generate new business leads by contacting customers through database marketing and directly by telephone to qualify prospects and in turn set appointments with opportunity to generate OTE.


The role will require answering sales enquiries, ensuring the CRM / sales database is grown, cleansed and kept up to date where required and also support the marketing manager in communicating promotions, new product announcements and after sales information to pre-defined audiences.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a database of potential customers via multiple channels, including but not limited to existing prospect database, LinkedIn, feedback from sales team, inbound marketing.
  • Qualify prospects through telephone contact to ascertain whether or not they fit the Windsor profile using predefined criteria as set out by the business.
  • Use your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the Key Decision Maker or gather their information for follow up purposes.
  • Fluently deliver the marketing script, ensuring the decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product.
  • Ensure that the business qualifies in line with the key criteria then obtaining commitment from the key decision maker for an appointment.
  • Report on performance and assist with the sales team monthly figures.
