You don't need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We'll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.
You will join our amazing residential and supported living teams in Louth.

We have permanent roles available with various contracted hours from 7.5hrs up to 37.5 hours per week to suit your needs.

We are offering an hourly rates from £10.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.

  • If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.

Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
