As a Credit Controller your duties will include:
- Speaking to clients on the phone to chase payment for overdue invoices.
- Reviewing credit limits, running credit checks, references and places accounts on hold where needed
- Dealing with queries and coming through with a resolution
- Carrying out account reconciliations as required
- Communicating with the sales team
- Assisting with opening new accounts
