We are looking for registered social workers to work across our teams in Adult Social Care.
We have several vacancies across our services including All Age Disability, Older People and Intake Duty Team.

Who are we looking for?
You will need to have a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW) and Social Work England registration.
We are looking for experienced staff with knowledge of social work practice and legislation including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act , a good understanding of personalisation, and excellent assessment and analysis skills.
