Scope of the Role

1. Risk & Opportunity Management:

  • Collaborate with the central supply planning team to identify supply plan risks and opportunities.
  • Assess the impact of feedback on purchase orders from the central supply planning team.
  • Communicate relevant risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders weekly and monthly.

2. Order and Inventory Management:

  • Prioritize purchase orders and reconcile stock levels with SAP and 3PL partners.
  • Correct Idoc errors for SAP data accuracy.
  • Work with internal/external teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

3. Sales and Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Collaborate on sales opportunities within and beyond lead times.
  • Optimize planning processes and tools while measuring supply performance.
  • Assist in directing the entire supply chain considering various constraints.

4. Capacity and Capability Assessment:

  • Evaluate capacity and capabilities against forecasts to manage the supply chain effectively.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Produce necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in supply planning within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Logility is beneficial.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate new information in a fast-paced role.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive business relationships.
