Due to company growth, we are recruiting a New Business Executive who will work closely with our National Sales Director.


You are required to have a strong sales development background, ideally in the same or a similar business related arena, and possess a 'hands on approach' with which you are able to realise substantial results.

Training is provided to ensure you know the specifics of our sector and internal processes.

You must hold a full and current UK driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Finding sales opportunities in and around the territory you are in
  • Follow up on leads and sales inquiries
  • Building excellent relationships with potential clients
  • Write client proposals and negotiate to a successful conclusion
  • Collaborating with the Operations team to arrange the take on of new properties
  • Recording daily sales activities and client information
  • Plan meetings with potential clients to sell the company's solutions

Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 1 years sales experience
  • Have a positive, confident and ambitious attitude.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Live within easy commute of our Sunderland office
  • Have a UK driving licence
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel
