20 hours per week

£ £11.80 per hour

Benefits of the HR Assistant role: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) pro rata, pension scheme, free on-site car parking.
The main purpose of the HR Assistant will be to support the HR Manager across the business. You will ideally be process driven with a passion for HR.

Duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • New starters and leavers administration
  • Maintain accurate HR files
  • Assist with inductions
  • Updating training files
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fastpaced environment
  • A confidential approach
  • Process driven with the ability to manage own workload
  • High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
